Information we collect
When you run a scan, we process the business domain you submit and the publicly available DNS records needed to produce the results. When you contact us or purchase a report, we may receive your name, business contact information, domain, communications, and transaction confirmation.
How we use information
We use this information to provide scans and reports, respond to requests, improve and secure the service, prevent misuse, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations.
Payments and service providers
Payments are processed by Stripe. Andida Secure does not receive or store your full payment-card number. We may use hosting, email, payment, and security providers that process limited information on our behalf to operate the service.
Public DNS data
DNS records are publicly available by design. A scan does not access mailboxes, messages, passwords, private keys, or administrative accounts.
Retention and security
We retain information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including security, support, accounting, and legal requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete contact information we hold, subject to legal and operational retention requirements. You may also choose not to submit a domain or contact request.
Children’s privacy
The service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13.
Policy changes
We may update this policy as the service changes. The revised date above will show when the latest version became effective.
