Acceptance
By using the Andida Secure website, scanner, reports, or related services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Authorized and lawful use
You may use the service only for lawful purposes and for domains you own or are authorized to assess. You must not misuse, disrupt, overload, probe, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the service or another organization’s systems.
Informational results
Automated results are based primarily on publicly available records at the time of analysis. DNS and provider configurations can change, and some controls require information that is not publicly visible. Results are not a guarantee that a domain, mailbox, or organization is secure, compliant, or free from compromise.
Professional judgment
Reports do not replace legal advice, regulatory advice, an audit, a penetration test, or a complete risk assessment. Organizations remain responsible for evaluating recommendations within their own technical, contractual, and regulatory environment.
Purchases and delivery
Prices and included deliverables are shown before purchase. Paid automated reports are delivered electronically. The scope, timing, fees, and cancellation terms for consulting or remediation work will be confirmed separately before that work begins.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service to maintain security, reliability, or business operations. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Intellectual property
The website, reports, branding, and original service content belong to Andida Secure or its licensors. A purchased report may be used internally by the purchasing organization, but may not be resold or presented as another provider’s work.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, Andida Secure is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of, or reliance on, automated results. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. The revised date above will show when the latest version became effective.
